As with any other type of garden, a water garden is brought
to life and given its vibrancy through your choice of plants
and flowers.
Aquatic plants can also help to keep your pond free of algae
and provide valuable cover for fish and other pond creatures.
We supply a wide variety of seasonal aquatic plants in
all sizes to give your garden colour and bloom, including:
- Aquatic Marginals - From £2.99 per 9cm pot
- Oxygenators - £1.00 per bunch
- Waterlilies
- Water Hyacinths and other deep marginals
- Lotuses and other tropicals
- Potted oxygenators
Marginal plants occupy the shallower edges of your pond,
not liking to dry out but not requiring the deep water of
the Waterlily. They often grow quite tall and so provide
shade and texture to the surrounding of your pond.

Like jewels floating on the water, Waterlilies
are a stunning ornament to any water garden…
Monet’s inspiration, Waterlilies are the classic pond
plant – the red rose of the water garden world – and
no pond or lake is truly complete without theses delicate
yet hardy blooms.
Waterlilies come in all sizes, shapes and colours. We can
provide you with red, pink, yellow, and blue flowers, from
tiny clusters to giant stars, in both day and night blooming
forms. Extra large varieties of lilies and other exotic aquatic
plants are available on request.

Oxygenators absorb excess nutrients from the water, keeping
your pond clean and clear. They need to be totally submerged
in the water and often do not even need to put their roots
in soil.
The water hyacinth has interestingly attractive foliage
and orchid-like blooms, and combines beauty with functionality – filtering
out impurities in the water to keep the healthy balance of
your pond.
The most dramatic of aquatic plants, the lotus is famed
for its mystical simplicity
Standing high above the water’s surface, the Lotus
plays its part in legends and myths from many cultures ,
it flourishes either in bowls or grown in sheltered ponds,
it is available in the UK as Red/Pink blooms..
